Ascend Leadership Development Program
With the commitment to developing future leaders, Ascend is taking young high-potential talent through a structured program allowing them to take an active part in the Saudi healthcare industry while fostering their leadership and management skills, ultimately advancing their careers. Each Ascend Leadership Development Program (ALDP) Champion will go through an intensive 18-month learning journey with three focused high-impact 6-month rotations within Ascend business verticals, exposure to global partners to develop commercial acumen as well as tailored Training and Mentorship programs.
